Connecting the replacement advisor was a challenge for both Mark Mendoza and myself, however, with persistence on both sides it is working perfectly now, connects much quicker than the previous item which eventually failed, thank you Mark

It is ok, but i have to be close to it as it is only working on bluetoot, it would be a lot better if it was via Wi-Fi

This was a replacement unit, easy to Install and program. Excellent unit to manage usage.

energy monitor

so far, it has been useless. it is not easy to use the software & the device cannot be read unless you are right on top of it. that is a problem when you are a distance from the actual unit. it was a waste of time and will probably be removed.

Best Power Monitor I Have Ever Used

Emerald staff have been fantastic since I moved into my new house and the old Emerald device had a very low battery, so they replaced it with a brand new unit at no charge. They guided me through the process of removing the old device and installing the new one. It worked perfectly and allows me to keep track of my energy use. Having a PowerPal device at my old property, the Emerald device and App are far superior. Now all I need to purchase is the WiFi link so I can see my energy usage anywhere at any time.
