Connecting the replacement advisor was a challenge for both Mark Mendoza and myself, however, with persistence on both sides it is working perfectly now, connects much quicker than the previous item which eventually failed, thank you Mark

My Electricity advisor has run out of battery and waiting on a replacement

Pretty Well Useless

It does NOT connect to my phone easily unless I stand the the right place. Do downloaded the Windows 10 app onto my PC but there are no instruction on how to get it to talk to the energy monitor so it is useless too. Then when I did connect o n my phone it tells me nothing that a bit of common sense will tell me. Turn on something and you use more power, some things use more power than other things, who would have ever believed such an obvious thing ..... Don't waste your time and money on it.

Since the device was installed I have not been able to gain information from it. It seems not to connect to wifi and information is at incorrect times. At this point I am unhappy with it.

Electricity Advisor

Thank you for replacing the unit after the battery died in the original. All working well and its nice to be able to see the usage in the stages throughout the day. I do have a question about the battery. I was asked to turn on auto-Sync to save the battery and in doing so I noticed the battery level was showing 27%. Since I have changed this I cannot see the battery level at all. Is this correct or is there another way to see the battery level. Cheers Garry
