The hardware works well recording consumption accurately at the meter. The Bluetooth works reasonably well from my home where our meter box is about 35m away. Time of use plan profile for Synergy here in Western Australia is incorrect for offpeak and shoulder time periods and is not up to date. Furthermore we do have 4 rates if you owned an EV and have the EV add on. Emerald should allow users to set their own time periods and rates in their app rather than depending on themselves to keep the plans all up to date.
