Electricity Advisor

Connecting the replacement advisor was a challenge for both Mark Mendoza and myself, however, with persistence on both sides it is working perfectly now, connects much quicker than the previous item which eventually failed, thank you Mark

NOT HAPPY

My experience has been absolutely non existent. My device does not WORK ON MY PHONE. I have NOT been able to see any results of my Electricity Uses. NOT HAPPY at all. Regards, Daryl.

Bluetooth only

Less than ideal. This product only works on Bluetooth unless I pay for the additional equipment at a cost of $149. Given that I have a smart home I would like the option to control devices based on energy usage wherever and whenever possible. Without wifi the device is only able to shore energy usage when my phone is home.

Why do I have this

Had no real choice about signing up, don't even use it, don't want it, no idea what it does.

Love the emerald electricity advisor

The only problem is when it has lost contact with my I phone occasionally and having to reinstall the app to connect with it and as I am in my sixties it can be a challenging nightmare to understand the installation process I really do love it otherwise and certainly do Rely on the information the emerald sends me about my electricity usage
