Worked perfectally after a wait for a Firmware Upgrade.

Having worked in the Computer Industry for over 30+ years, I know sometimes things go wrong. My LiveLink was shipped to me very quickly, however it would not link to the Emerald Advisor at the smart meter. Personally I would have preferred to be contacted and told there was a Firmware issue and I would have waited an extra week before it was shipped. But in the end, Emerald were onto it after I emailed them and within a week the problem was solved. It does exactly what I need it to do and report to me in real time, how much power my appliances are using. As many things in my home are Smart Devices, LiveLink will let me know something is possibly on that should not be and I can whatever it is down/off. The App is also great giving me information on my spending and power usage. I was going to give a 4 star rating, but the customer service is excellent.

Excellent LiveLink Wi-Fi adaptor

Does exactly what it claims, and I have used it remotely, several times, from remote parts of the globe. Set-up is slightly complex, but as I have an engineering background, and I found the Emerald help line very responsive, all sorted out.
