Connecting the replacement advisor was a challenge for both Mark Mendoza and myself, however, with persistence on both sides it is working perfectly now, connects much quicker than the previous item which eventually failed, thank you Mark

Great to see the detailed electricity usage. Helps in deciding what heating products to use.

App does not work on my iPhone

Terrible experience - when Electricity Advisor button is pressed app crashes. After a month Emerald is still unable to find a solution.

Doesn't work

Since the unit has been in it hasn't worked... My phone wont receive live electrical usage ! Tried contacting them but no reply. I want mt Powerpal reinstalled!
